1. Examine and approve financial revenue and expenditure, review special financial reports and accounting statements, and countersign major financial revenue and expenditure plans and economic contracts;
2. Prepare and implement the budget, participate in the formulation of fund-raising and use programs, and ensure the effective use of funds;
3. Review the accounting materials provided by the company;
4. Be responsible for reviewing the accounting statements submitted by the headquarters and subordinate units of the company and the accounting statements of the group company, preparing comprehensive financial analysis reports and special analysis reports, so as to provide reliable basis for the decision-making of the companys leaders;
5. Formulate the companys internal financial and accounting systems and working procedures, organize the implementation and supervise the implementation after approval;
6. Organize the preparation and Realization of the companys financial revenue and expenditure plan, credit plan and cost plan.
Qualifications:
1. Major in accounting, college degree or above;
2. More than 2 years working experience, working experience in general taxpayer enterprise is preferred;
3. Conscientious and meticulous, dedicated, hardworking, with good professional ethics;
4. Quick thinking, strong acceptance ability, independent thinking, good at summarizing work experience;
5. Proficient in financial and office software, practical operators of Kingdee, UFIDA and other financial systems are preferred;
6. Good communication skills;
7. Accounting qualification certificate and primary accounting qualification certificate are preferred.
